NFQ are working more than 15 years in e-commerce and trading market and designed more than several hundred large-scale e-commerce projects. Along with German partners OXID eSales NFQ has been developing one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Germany OXID eShop, they also perform its deployment and adaptation. The company over the years of practice analysed a lot of e-trading platforms. On an everyday basis, they deal with business processes automation, especially with multi-channel trading processes. NFQ now for a second year are developing ORIVUS software that is intended for the multi-channel trading model. Today, in the global software market we can see only a few examples of products that are designed for multi-channelled models. However, existing products cover only separate segments of business cycle processes. The uniqueness and innovation of product ORIVUS is based on a homogeneous integration of necessary physical and internet trading processes subsystems and implementation of their hybrid availability logic. Hybridity enables a possibility for trading companies to use different functions of the product taking into consideration a specific trading model and its development scale. ORIVUS subsystems that are responsible for different trading cycle processes can be available as flexibly configurable cloud service and as a software installed in independently managed infrastructure.
